Seller Consent & Terms of Service
1. Listing Accuracy
By listing an item on the Lasalgaon Second-Hand marketplace, you confirm that all provided information (including item condition, actual price, selling price, and images) is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. You agree not to list prohibited, illegal, or stolen items.
2. Delivery & Fulfillment
You agree to fulfill orders in a timely manner. As the default delivery point is set to the Lasalgaon Bus Stop, you consent to safely deliver the product to the buyer at the agreed location and date.
3. Pricing & Payments
All transactions, specifically Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, are directly between the buyer and the seller. The Lasalgaon platform acts solely as a directory listing and is not responsible for payment collection, disputes, or delivery failures.
4. Privacy & Contact Information
By providing your contact email and mobile number, you consent to have this information shared publicly with potential buyers on the platform. You may be contacted directly by interested parties.
5. Platform Rights
The platform administrators reserve the right to remove, edit, or unlist any item that violates these terms without prior notice.
